Clarity Testing by Focus Metrics is a cash-pay service your patient can start on their own. They complete a validated, remote Creyos ADD/ADHD cognitive assessment, receive their own report, and bring it to you. We do not send results to anyone else — the report goes to the person who completed the test.

What your patient does

What the report gives you
- Objective performance data across attention, working memory, and related domains.
- Reaction time and consistency measures from the task battery.
- A self-report questionnaire completed by the person who took the test.
- A clear written summary your patient can walk in with.
How results are handled
Results are delivered to the person who completed the test. We do not release reports to providers, employers, schools, or anyone else. If your patient wants you to have the report, they send it to you. That keeps the record with the patient and keeps us out of the middle of the clinical relationship.
What this is — and what it isn't
This is objective cognitive data. It is not a diagnosis, a full diagnostic evaluation, or treatment. Only a treating provider can establish a diagnosis. Many clinicians use objective cognitive data as one part of the clinical picture, alongside history, interview, and other measures.
