Terms of Service

This service provides objective cognitive testing only. It does not establish a treatment relationship or constitute a diagnostic evaluation. Results are delivered to the individual who completed the test for sharing with their own provider. Payment is required before testing begins. We reserve the right to refuse service. All sales are final once the testing link has been issued.
